Upper Level Addition
Project: “2nd Story Addition in St. Louis Park”
Homeowner: Rob Fritz
Project goal: Add on to the home “seamlessly”. Create usable space while maintaining the architectural influence and blend into the neighborhood. That’s just the outside! Our task was to create a home that this young family could grow into incrementally. We removed the top of the house while the family lived in the lower level. We created a new master suite complete with bath along with two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Task accomplished. Let the family grow!
Key features: Exterior cornice work with multiple colors. Stacking stair systems created more usable space. Roof system is a room and attic truss allowing future growth into a third floor bonus room area.
