HOME DESCRIPTION
If you can’t go out, then go up, which is what we did here. We placed a 2nd floor on top of an existing 1st floor to create a spacious master suite. This addition looks like it has always been here. The master suite includes large walk-in closet and many windows. The master BA has higher-end finishes such as Vicostone tops, custom shower, heated floors and classic tile work. All the custom millworks including vanities, moldings, trim, doors, and a hallway armoire are designed and built in our own facility. All millworks are the same era of architecture. We also remodeled a BA for the children. It too has high-end finishes.

Crosstown 62 to 34th Ave. S.; north to 51st St.; east to 39th Ave.; north to home. Or, Hiawatha to 50th St. E.; west to 39th Ave. S.; south to home.
