Burnsville Home #R32 – 13212 Birchwood Lane, Burnsville
HOME DESCRIPTION 
A four-season porch renovation and kitchen remodel. The porch renovation included insulating, changing window and door openings, and installing a LVL beam to open the porch to the kitchen. The cabinets are built by Roberts’ own custom millwork shop. The island is a beautiful, amber-stained, knotty alder with all the wall cabinets painted a warm, white color with a glazing that matches the stain color of the island. The amenities include a pot-filler faucet at the cooktop, custom pot and pan storage, utensil pull-out solution, along with Roberts’ standard compliment of additions. We installed and finished oak floors to match.

Minneapolis Home #R48 – 5027 39th Avenue S, Minneapolis
HOME DESCRIPTION 
If you can’t go out, then go up, which is what we did here. We placed a second floor on top of an existing first floor to create a spacious master suite. This addition looks like it has always been here. The master suite includes large walk-in closet and many windows. The master BA has higher-end finishes such as Vicostone tops, custom shower, heated floors and classic tile work. All the custom millworks including vanities, moldings, trim, doors and a hallway armoire are designed and built in our own facility. All millworks are the same era of architecture. We also remodeled a BA for the children. It too has high-end finishes.
